The San Beda College Alabang community honored the academic achievements and dedicated service of its educators, administrators, and personnel during the Rites of Recognition held on July 11, 2026, following the Solemn High Mass for the Feast of St. Benedict.
The Academic Convocation 2026 recognized members of the Bedan community who pursued lifelong learning and professional excellence through doctoral and master’s degrees, certificate programs, scholarly research and paper presentations, authorship and co-authorship of publications, as well as distinctions, appointments, and leadership roles in government, private institutions, professional organizations, and academic communities beyond the College.
The celebration also featured the Bedan Service Awards 2026, honoring employees who have faithfully served the institution for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years. Their years of dedicated service reflect the Benedictine spirit of Ora et Labora and their commitment to the mission of San Beda College Alabang.
Held annually as part of the College’s observance of the Feast of St. Benedict, the Rites of Recognition celebrate both professional achievement and faithful service. They also provide an opportunity for the College community to recognize the people whose work and dedication help advance its mission of forming competent professionals, committed Christians, and responsible citizens.
The ceremony concluded with gratitude to all the honorees, whose achievements and years of service remind the Bedan community of the value of perseverance, dedication, and a lifelong pursuit of excellence for the greater glory of God.
