Student organizations at San Beda College Alabang play a vital role in enriching the
Bedan experience beyond the classroom. Whether in leadership, academics, arts,
culture, service, media, business, science, technology, or advocacy, these organizations
provide opportunities for students to discover their passions, develop their talents, build
lifelong friendships, and grow into competent professionals and servant leaders.

BASIC EDUCATION
In the Basic Education Department, student organizations provide guided and enriching spaces where young Bedans discover their gifts and grow in confidence, discipline, and responsibility. Through faith formation, leadership opportunities, academic clubs, arts, and service initiatives, learners are formed within a supportive and family-centered environment. These organizations strengthen school spirit while nurturing the values that define the Bedan community.

MIDDLE SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS
Middle School Student Council (MSSC)
The MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCIL, also known as (MSSC) is the official student organization in the Middle School which aims to develop strong good leadership among our
Bedan students.
Young Missionaries and Christ Advocates (YMCA)
The YMCA Club is a faith-filled community that helps students grow in their love for Jesus and live out their Catholic identity. Members participate in meaningful activities that deepen prayer life and encourage joyful witness. Through creative evangelization and service, students are formed to be compassionate advocates of Christ.
Knights of the Altar
The Knights of the Altar is a brotherhood of young men committed to serving at the altar with reverence and discipline. Through liturgical training and formation, members grow in faith, humility, and responsibility. The organization forms students to live the call to service not only in chapel but also in daily life.
Ministry of Lectors, Commentators, and Psalmists (MLCP)
MLCP is a liturgical ministry that forms students to proclaim the Word of God with confidence and devotion. Members serve during Masses and other celebrations as lectors, commentators, and psalmists. The organization strengthens spiritual maturity while cultivating poise, clarity, and reverence in worship.
Junior Bedan (English)
Junior Bedan (English) develops young writers and student journalists in news writing, features, editorials, sports writing, and publication work. Junior Bedan (Filipino)
Ang Junior Bedan (Filipino) ay samahan ng mga mag-aaral na may talento sa pagsulat at pamamahayag gamit ang wikang Filipino. Pinauunlad nito ang kanilang kakayahan sa balita, editoryal, lathalain, at iba pang panitikan. Layunin nitong hubugin ang mga kabataang manunulat na may malinaw na tinig at pananagutan sa pagpapahayag.
Books and Beyond
Books and Beyond is a library-based club that nurtures a love for books, reading, and learning. Members serve as “Student Librarians” and assist in planning and organizing library activities for K–8. The club promotes literacy, responsibility, and appreciation for research and knowledge.
JOY (Yearbook) – Grade 6
JOY is the official Grade 6 organization responsible for producing the annual school yearbook. Members contribute through writing, layout design, artwork, and photography to document the graduates’ Bedan journey. The club builds creativity, teamwork, and a strong sense of pride in preserving meaningful memories.
Peer Facilitator’s Circle (Grades 7–8)
The Peer Facilitator’s Circle promotes a culture of empathy, listening, and support among students. Guided by the belief that every person deserves to be heard and cared for, members help foster a safe and encouraging environment. Bedan Marshals
The Bedan Marshals assist school administrators in maintaining order and discipline within the Middle School. Angeli Dei Chorus

Percussion Ensemble

High School & Technical High School Student Council (HS–THS SC)
The HS–THS Student Council is the official student leadership body representing the high school community. It leads initiatives that strengthen student participation, unity, and school spirit. The council forms responsible leaders through service, collaboration, and values-driven governance.
Religious and Faith Formation
Bedan Servants of the Word
Bedan Servants of the Word deepens students’ appreciation of Sacred Scripture through study, reflection, and proclamation. Members grow in faith by engaging the Word of God as a guide for daily life. The organization nurtures students to be grounded, prayerful, and mission-oriented.
Confraternity of Our Lady of Montserrat
This confraternity cultivates devotion to Our Lady of Montserrat through liturgical service and popular piety. Members participate in faith activities that deepen Marian spirituality and community belonging. The organization revives a historic Bedan tradition while forming students in reverence and service.
Knights of the Altar
The Knights of the Altar is a brotherhood committed to serving God through liturgical ministry and daily Christian witness. Guided by the motto Serviam (I will serve), members grow in discipline, faith, and pastoral care for one another. The organization forms young men to be “men of God and men for others.”
Coro Montserrat
Coro Montserrat is the official choir club of the Integrated K–12 Department and Technical High School. Members serve the school’s spiritual life by singing during Masses and liturgical celebrations. Beyond performance, the group forms students in commitment, faith, and excellence in sacred music.
Bedan Catholic Social Action
Bedan Catholic Social Action is a fellowship and outreach organization guided by Bedan Core Values and Catholic Social Teachings. Members engage in service, advocacy, and community-building initiatives. The club also serves as a supportive “second home,” forming students in compassion and social responsibility.
Young Oblates
Young Oblates is a faith-based community inspired by Benedictine spirituality. Members deepen their relationship with God through prayer (Ora), work (Labora), listening, and service. The organization forms students to live faith with humility, discipline, and joyful commitment.
YOUTH EUCHARISTIC SOCIETY (YES)
The Youth Eucharistic Society (YES) is a faith-based institutional student organization that fosters a deeper love for the Holy Eucharist and the Blessed Mother. It promotes a life rooted in prayer, service, and devotion. Inspired by the Benedictine core values of Ora et Labora (Prayer and Work), YES encourages young Bedans to grow spiritually through regular Eucharistic adoration, liturgical service, catechesis, and acts of charity. As a community of faith-filled youth, YES aims to form compassionate disciples of Christ who joyfully live out their Catholic identity and serve as witnesses of God’s love in both word and action in their families, school and community. Radyo Bedista
Radyo Bedista equips students interested in scriptwriting, media, communication, and performance. Members learn how a radio program is created and how a small station operates—from speaking skills to technical teamwork. Pahayagang Bedista
Ang Pahayagang Bedista ay opisyal na organisasyon ng mga mag-aaral na mamamahayag sa High School Unit. Layunin nitong maghatid ng impormasyon, balita, at pagsusuri na may pananagutan at integridad. Yearbook Committee
The Yearbook Committee is composed of selected high school and technical high school seniors who lead the production of their batch memory book. SALIK (Sining, Agham at Lipunang Kritikal)
Ang SALIK ay samahan ng mga mag-aaral na nagtataguyod ng kamalayan, pagkamalikhain, at kritikal na pag-iisip sa sining, agham panlipunan, at mga isyung panlipunan.
