The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) is the official co-curricular organization of Human Resource Management students at San Beda College Alabang. It serves as a training ground for future HR professionals by providing opportunities for leadership development, professional growth, industry exposure, and community engagement.
JPMAP equips students with the knowledge, competencies, and values needed to thrive in the dynamic field of human resource management. Through experiential learning, collaborative projects, and professional networking opportunities, the organization fosters innovation, ethical leadership, and a deep commitment to people-centered management. Guided by Benedictine principles, JPMAP develops compassionate leaders who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to organizations and society.
