
Admission Requirements for Filipino Students Abroad
- Latest report card
- SBCA Student Academic and Discipline Appraisal Form
- Documents with an English translation and duly authenticated (“Consularization” or “Red-Ribbon” or “Apostilled”) by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located at the student applicant’s country of origin:
- Certificate of Year level completed from the last school attended (with school’s dry seal) or Certificate of Graduation
- Transcript of records (complete educational history) with corresponding numerical equivalence or interpretation (with school’s dry seal)
* The TOR and authentication of report card/s is not required to applicants who are previously enrolled in Elementary and Secondary Philippine Schools or Philippine-recognized schools abroad.

Catholic Baptismal Certificate or a duly accomplished Agreement for Non-Catholic form
Admission Fee
If endorsed for enrollment, An Original Transcript of Records / Final Report Card with Learner Reference Number (LRN) duly signed by the school principal or registrar with Level of Promotion and School Dry Seal must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.
