✝️ He Descended into Hell
On Holy Saturday, we remember a profound truth: Jesus truly tasted death. He entered the realm of the dead—not the place of damnation, but Sheol, where the souls of the righteous awaited redemption.
There, Christ rescued those who had died in hope—Adam, Eve, the prophets. Even in the silence of the tomb, He was at work, conquering death from within.
No place is too dark for Him. No soul is beyond His reach.
He is Lord, even in the depths.
Mary, in the meantime, waited in silence… pondering in her heart, trusting in the Lord.

Good Friday of the Lord’s Passion
“‘It is finished’; and he bowed his head and handed over his spirit.” (John 19:30)
On this most solemn day, the Church turns her gaze to the Cross of Christ. Stripped of ornaments and filled with silence, the Church mourns the suffering and death of our Lord. There is no Mass today, but we gather for the Liturgy of the Word, intercessory prayers, veneration of the Cross, and receive Communion from the Hosts consecrated on Holy Thursday.
In sorrow and silence, we unite ourselves with Jesus and reflect on the depth of His love and the cost of our redemption.

Holy Thursday: The Last Supper
On Holy Thursday, we commemorate the Last Supper—when Jesus instituted the Holy Eucharist and the priesthood. He broke bread and shared wine, declaring them His Body and Blood, a sacrifice for our salvation. He also washed the feet of His disciples, a powerful act of love and service.
This sacred night begins the Easter Triduum. Catholics around the world join in the Mass of the Lord’s Supper, followed by Eucharistic Adoration—echoing the disciples’ vigil with Christ in Gethsemane.
Let us remember: in every Mass, we continue this unbroken tradition of faith, grace, and communion with our Lord.
“We should glory in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, for He is our salvation, our life, and our resurrection.” (cf. Gal 6:14)
