MUNTINLUPA CITY — San Beda College Alabang is strengthening its campus safety and emergency preparedness measures while continuing to expand support for student mental health and well-being.
In a General Memorandum dated August 21, 2026, Rector Rev. Fr. Gerardo Ma. De Villa, OSB outlined the school’s current and planned initiatives in response to community concerns about campus safety.
The measures include enhanced campus security and access control, emergency preparedness activities, cybersecurity measures, and expanded counseling and mental health support.
The school will also work more closely with the Muntinlupa City Government, PNP, local DRRMO, and other relevant government agencies and private partners to strengthen coordination in emergency planning and response.
The memorandum emphasizes that keeping the campus safe requires the cooperation of the entire Bedan community. Students, parents, faculty, employees, administrators, government agencies, and other partners all have a role in maintaining a safe environment for learning.
