The Bedan Information Technology Society (BITS) is the official student organization of the Department of Information Technology under the School of Engineering and Technology. It serves as a center for technological learning, innovation, collaboration, and professional development where students can enhance their technical competencies and industry readiness.
BITS provides opportunities for students to engage in seminars, competitions, research presentations, and collaborative projects that explore emerging technologies and current industry trends. Guided by the Benedictine principle of Ora et Labora, the organization promotes academic excellence, innovation, teamwork, and service while preparing future IT professionals to become leaders in the digital age.
