Scholarship

SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFICATIONS:

Elementary and High School Students who graduated as valedictorian’s salutatorians among at least 200 graduates, are eligible to apply for academic scholarship.

• Valedictorian = 100% discount
• Salutatorian = 50% discount

If you are eligible, submit the following documents to the Registrar’s Office:

1. Application Form (Completely filled out)
2. Certificate of Award Honors
3. Certified True Copy of Report Card/Form 137
4. Endorsement Letter (Principal/ Adviser)
5. 2 x 2 ID photo (2 pcs.)
