Apply Now For SY 2026-2027

Welcome to San Beda College Alabang! Thank you for your interest in our Graduate School programs. Below is a simple guide to help you through the admissions process.

General Admissions Policy

All applicants are required to undergo an admission screening process. This allows the Board of Admissions to carefully review each application and determine student eligibility.

Applicants are evaluated based on:

  • Academic performance (grades)
  • Deportment or conduct
  • Admission test results
  • Interview results (when applicable)

Please note that admission slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility for Application

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must hold a college degree
  • MBA applicants must have at least six (6) months of work experience

Admissions Procedures

Graduate School

Step 1: Online Registration

  1. Register through the SBCA Applicant Registration Portal:
    https://sanbedacollege-alabang.orangeapps.ph/landing/sbca/
    A temporary account and password, along with a link to the Online Application Form, will be automatically sent to your email.
  2. Log in using your temporary account and password.
  3. Complete the online application form and upload the following documents (please prepare these in advance):


Required Uploads

  • Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 2×2 ID photo (red background)
  • Catholic Baptismal Certificate
    • For non-Catholic applicants, please submit a duly accomplished Agreement for Non-Catholic Form(downloadable from the website)

      File Naming Format:
      LastnameDocumentProgramAppliedFor
      Example: DelaCruzTORMBA
      (No spaces or special characters.)



Step 2: Application Review and Admission Fee

  1. Please check your email regularly for updates on your application status and the Guidelines on the Admission Fee. (Kindly also check your spam folder.)
  2. Pay the non-refundable admission fee of Php 1,200.00.

Applicants may pay online or onsite, following the instructions provided in the Admission Fee Guidelines.

For Online Payment:

  • Upload your proof of payment through the Finance Division’s Online Payment Validation Form:
    http://bit.ly/Link-ONLINE-payment-VALIDATION

For Onsite Payment:

  • Proceed to the Cashier at St. Benedict Hall to secure your Official Receipt (OR), then present the OR to the Admissions Office.

Once payment is validated, the Admissions Office will issue your Test Permit.



Step 3: Entrance Assessment

  1. Take the assessment on the schedule indicated in your Test Permit.
    Test rescheduling is allowed only once. Testing slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Within ten (10) working days after the assessment, the Admissions Office will email your Notice of Admission Status (NAS) and Pre-Enrollment Guidelines, including instructions for medical and dental examinations.



Step 4: Medical Clearance and Enrollment Endorsement

Applicants who receive a FIT-TO-ENROLL medical result will be endorsed to the Registrar’s Office. Enrollment guidelines and schedules will be provided accordingly.

Additional Documents (to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office upon enrollment confirmation)

  • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer / Transfer Credentials (not required for SBCA graduates), or
  • Original Transcript of Records with Special Order Number and remarks “For Further Studies” or “Copy valid for San Beda College Alabang Graduate School”
  • Certificate of Graduation / Diploma / Certificate of Completion
  • PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)

Important Notes

  • Admission fees and entrance examinations are waived for graduates of Benedictine schools.
  • Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all submitted documents.
  • The name appearing on the PSA Birth Certificate must match all submitted documents. If there are discrepancies, an affidavit must be provided.
  • San Beda College Alabang reserves the right to decline applications as determined by the Graduate School Dean.
