As Jesus spent 40 days in the desert, He faced three temptations from the devil—challenging His trust in God’s providence, authority, and faithfulness. Yet, He resisted , standing firm on the Word of God .

This Lenten season, we are reminded that we, too, are dependent on God for everything. Temptations arise when we doubt this truth. What tempts you most—seeking comfort in material things , craving power and control , or questioning God’s presence ? How can you resist?

Let us follow Christ’s example, grounding ourselves in prayer , fasting , and Scripture . May this Lent strengthen our faith and trust in God’s unwavering love .
