ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

NEW STUDENTS / TRANSFEREES

The Office of the Registrar will send the enrollment details via electronic mail.

Prepare for uploading the scanned copy of the Original Report Card (Form138) with Learner reference Number (LRN) nad level of promotion duly signed by the Principal/Registrar and with School's Dry Seal.

  • If report card is not available during the enrollment date, secure a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION from your former school duly signed by the Principal/Registrar

Note: Submission of the digital copy of the Original Report Card (Form 138) will be necessary to facilitate online enrollment, Since the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) is still under implementation in NCR, there will be no face to face communication and transaction for the safety of the students. The original copy of the Report Card (Form 138) will be sent to San Beda College Alabang through courier with the following details:

Once enrollment requirements are complete, the Office of the Registrar will send the guidelines for the student portal credentials via electronic mail.

Upon login to the student portal, Pre- Registration, Assessment Form and payment details will be viewed. If assessment is not viewed during the registration date, email IBED.Assessment@sanbeda-alabang.edu.ph for follow up.

Pay fees as assessed through the following payment options: 

1. Bills payment to UnionBank: 

    Biller's Name: San Beda College Alabang

    Reference Number: Student ID number 

    Reference Name: Student Name


2. Deposit or Fund transfer to Metrobank:

    Account Name: San Beda College Alabang

    Account Number: 001-3-001-51296-0




3. Deposit or Fund transfer to UnionBank:

    Account Name: San Beda College Alabang

4. Deposit or Fund transfer to BDO:

5. ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:

    a. Access the link: Click Here

    b. Fill in all the necessary details for the transaction and click submit

Login to the student portal and upload proof of payment through the payment link. 

The Preview/Print Payment Schedule in the student portal also includes the payment link.

Click GO TO PAYMENT LINK button in uploading the proof of payment. Failure to upload proof of payment in the payment link will delay validation of fees.

Validation of Fees 

Upon uploading proof of payment transaction in the payment link, validation will be done within three (3) working days.

Note: Scanned copy of the Official Receipt (OR) will be sent via electronic mail ten (10) working days after validation fees

Once payment is validated, login to the student portal to view Enrollment Validation deatils.



Note: Only validated enrollees as of July 28, 2021 will be tagged with their classes/subjects in the OpenLMS in time for the August 9, 2021 start of classes. Validated enrollees after July 28, 2021 will be tagges with their courses/subjects in the OpenLMS on the following week.

The Integrated Basic Education Department will issue an advisory to all officially enrolled students two weeks prior to the opening of classes. The advisory will announce important activity dates, processing of the official SBCA Learning Management System (Blackboard Open LMS) account, and other reminders for Academic Year 2021- 2022

The Office of the Registrar will send an electronic mail prior to the end of the First Quarter of the Academic Year for processing of the identification card.

OLD STUDENTS 

1. Login to the student portal in viewing the Pre-Registration details, Assessment form, and other payment details.

2. Follow steps 4-9 for the new students.
