ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

INCOMING FRESHMEN / TRANSFEREES

The Office of the Registrar will send the enrollment details via electronic mail.

Prepare a scanned copy of the following enrollment requirements for uploading:

a. Notice of Admission Status (NAS)

         b. Original Transcript of Records with Special Order Number and remarks "For Further Studies" or "Copy valid for San Beda College Alabang,             Graduate School". 

         If the school does not issue Transcript of Records with the said remarks, upload Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer/Transfer Credential/                       Honorable Dismissal (not required for SBCA graduates)

Note: Submission of the digital copy of the enrollment requirements will be necessary to facilitate enrollment and issuance of student portal credentials. During this pandemic period, there will be no face-to-face transaction for the safety of the stakeholders. The original copy of the Transcript of Records/Certificate of Eligibility to transfer/Honorable Dismissal will be sent to San Beda College Alabang through courier with the following details:

Upon login to the student portal, review and confirm advised subjects/schedule.

Upon confirmation of advised subjects/schedule, Assessment Form and other payment details of email [email protected] for Follow up.

Pay fees as assessed through the following payment options:

Upload proof of payment transaction through the payment link.


         Payment Link: This is found in the Assessment Form to be used in uploading the proof of payment. Failure to upload proof of payment in the payment link will delay validation of fees and issuance of Certificate of Registration (COR)

         

         Validation of Fees: Upon uploading proof of payment in the payment link, validation will be done within three (3) working days. Scanned copy of the Official Receipt (OR) will be sent via electronic mail ten (10) working days after validation of fees.

Once payment is validated, an electronic Certificate of Registration (COR) can be viewed through the student's portal.


Note: Only validated enrollees as of May 13, 2021 will be tagged with their courses/subjects in the OpenLMS in time for the MAy 15, 2021 start of classes. Validated enrollees after May 13, 2021 will be tagged with their courses/subjects in the OpenLMS on the following week, and thereafter.

The Graduate School will issue an advisory to all officially enrolled students on important dates and reminders for the first trimester, AY 2021 - 2022 prior to the official opening of classes.

The Office of the Registrar will send an electronic mail prior to the end of the First Trimester of the Academic Year for the processing of the identification card.

OLD STUDENTS

  • Log in to the student portal in viewing advised subjects/schedule for confirmation.

  • Once subjects/schedule are confirmed by the student, Pre registration/Assessment form and other payment details of the subject enlisted can be viewed via student portal.

  • Follow steps 5-8 for Incoming Freshmen.
