Notice of Admission Status (NAS) will be released at the Student Admissions and Testing Center after 7 working days from the admission test date. Please present examination permit to claim Notice of Admission Status. The Student Admissions and Testing Center will only post the availability of the Notice of Admissions Status for claiming and will no longer post results/name online.

 I. Definition of Terms

1. QUALIFIED (Q)
 
The applicant met the criteria set by the Board of Admissions for the grade level/career track or academic strand/program of choice.
 
2. FOR INTERVIEW (FI)
 
Applicant is qualified for interview as an additional requirement for the grade level or strand or program of choice. However, an invitation to be interviewed does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
 
3. NOT QUALIFIED (NQ)
 
The applicant did not meet the criteria for admission set by the Board of Admissions for the grade level/career track or academic strand/program of choice.

II. General instructions/reminder for qualified/accepted student applicants.

1. Qualified and Accepted applicants to the Integrated Basic Education Department (PGS, MGS. JHS and SHS) and College of Arts and Sciences must reserve their slots. Please read the admission slot reservation guidelines issued by the Admission and Testing Center.
 
2. Failure to reserve a slot and pay the non-refundable reservation fee within the specified schedule will automatically mean forfeiture of your slot.
 
3. Validity of the admission reservation slot is 7 days after the specified enrollment period for the grade level/career track or academic strand/program of choice. Failure to confirm enrollment with in the specified validity of admission reservation will mean forfeiture of your slot. Note: Please read the enrollement schedule, procedures and guidelines issued by the Registrar’s Office.
 
4. Reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable but will be credited to the student’s tuition and fees upon enrollment. If the student withdraws from SBCA, this will be charged against administrative and processing costs.
