New Law Students

1. Accomplish application form and submit to the Admissions and Testing Center
    together with the complete documents. (Please refer to list of requirements).

2. Pay the admission fee (P1,200.00) at the Cashier, Finance Department

3. Admissions staff will issue test permit.

4. Take the entrance examination at the Admissions and Testing Center 
    on the scheduled date and present test permit.


    Note: Test rescheduling will be allowed only once.

5. Results of Admission test (Notice of Admission Status) and other information will be released after 5 working days at the Admissions and Testing Center. Please bring test permit upon claiming.

6. If qualified, present test result at the Cashier, Finance Department,
     and pay the medical fee of P500.00

7. Present receipt to Admissions Office for schedule of medical.

8. Proceed to the Clinic for medical examination on the date specified.
    

    Note: Applicant will be notified if there is a problem with his/her medical result
             A letter is required for those who will be requesting for medical examination
             rescheduling.

9. Submit Medical Clearance to the Admissions and Testing Center.

10. Take note of enrollment dates and prepare requirements for enrollment.



Law Transferees

1. Accomplish application form and submit to the Admissions and Testing Center
    together with the complete documents. (Please refer to list of requirements).

2. Pay the admission fee (P1,000.00) at the Cashier, Finance Department

3. Present receipt to Admissions and Testing Center for schedule of medical.

4. Proceed to the Clinic for medical examination on the date specified.
  

   Note: Applicant will be notified if there is a problem with his/her medical result
            A letter is required for those who will be requesting for medical examination
            rescheduling.


5. Submit Medical Clearance to the Admissions and Testing Center.

6. Take note of enrollment dates and prepare requirements for enrollment.
